hello,
just wanna introduce myself to the forum and all. I am a college student studying in criminal justice and have been having a passion to have birds as pets. My all time favorites was to have chickens but then they are a lot of maintainence and also ontop of that need special housing and all. Therefore, along came a best friend of mine who then helped me transition out of that wonderful hobby and introduced me into the avian hobby. I have an flight cage of canaries (red factors and American Singers), 2 african greys (pets), one budgie and love bird. The budgie and love bird are with my parents and I have the rest of teh birds. Budgeting time to spend with the two greys with school and life is quite challenging, however it's a tasks that I have come to hold accountable for before knowing that I will be dealing with birds that needs attention. My greys are at the age of 19 and 16 years old. The female whom I got it at the spurr of the moment due to rehoming issues is 19, and the male that I have helped adopted him into my home after extensive research on the bird species I then committed to another one. I know I still have lots of stuff to know more about the birds and the parrot world, and looking forward to hear from you all with feedback and tips and all. Nice to be part of the parrot world with you all.
