Hello forum!
I've snooped into your conversation for a while and I finally decided to subscribe! I'll probably ask for help soon as me and my companion have decided to get a caique who will likely arrive in the next 3 months.
I researched a lot and waited almost 2 yrs to decided what type would better fit in our lifestyle. I'm a remote worker and I generally spend a lot of time home. I bought the biggest cage possible for him to have enough space to play and stretch (it's medium/big parrot sized really), and fit a few toys in it when we're not home.
I'm a newbie but I have an amazing experienc with a son conure and a (pretty bad) experience with a rescue GCC that used to bite HARD. So, I know I'll see tantrums, I'll be bitten, I'll have to clean poop and save my forniture, and I'll have many bad or ugly days. But I read a lot and I'm willing to take courses in order to give my WBC the best life possible.
If you read this all, thank you for the attention and for your great advices!
