Hello from Wisconsin

Hi friends, I figured it was probably time I introduced myself. I have 5 birds and 3 kids. 4 (tame) parakeets and a newly acquired Green Cheek Conure named Archie Pickles, 2 big girls (12, 10) and one little boy. (2.) I'm a part time teacher so I'm able to devote my days all my kiddos, human AND feathered. I've had lot of experience with small and medium sized birds. I got my first bird at 11. (He died at age 20, cockatiel) I also worked with a shelter fostering birds before moving to Wisconsin and settling down with my wonderful husband. I'm happy to be here!

Not terribly far! We go there occasionally just for the drive. I love the downtown area.

That’s quite a houseful you have! Welcome from another Wisconsinite! I love Madison but rarely get to visit. I’m north of Milwaukee about 40 miles.
