Hi
Me and my wife have just got two Tiels, a male called Ti'lk and a female we have yet to name we have just had them three days. They are located in a Montana Casa 60 cage which has some nice height to it, which i think they are starting to enjoy. After reading some threads on here we will need to change some things in the cage move the paper of the bottom of the cage in to the tray beneath it, also we have supplied a Millet spray once a day which the female wont leave alone, Ti'lk however is non-plussed. Ti'lk has been busy making noise and whilst not anywhere near hand ready he has stopped backing away when we approach the cage. We are thinking about letting them out tonight for an hour, just as a confidence booster we will simply sit in the room and make no moves towards them see how it goes..
Anyway, lovely forum with lots of useful advice which both Me and Gwen pass on our thanks for.
