Hello from MN

Hi...

I'm a new member, here, and a relatively new birdy mom. I recently became mom to Chloe and Pakki; Chloe first and Pakki a week later. As with a lot of second children, Pakki was not planned, but very much wanted. Chloe was hatched July 27th, and Pakki, June 17th. I had hoped they would love each other as much as I love them, but sadly, it's not happening.

Any way... I am glad to be here and plan to see the sights asap.

LOL! Back again, but hey! I love the chance to kvell about my babies, and what better place than here?! You all understand -- so many people have no clue about these beautiful feathered friends of ours. It's really sad, actually. I have to bite my tongue when I hear comments about our CAG at work! Like she is stupid, or something. I just listen and wink at her. I know she knows -- besides understanding a lot, they sense, as well.

I'm hoping that one day I might have a SI Eclectus or CAG.

OH! Almost forgot... as must be clear, by now, my Pakki is a Senni, and Chloe is a GCC. Chloe is a little spit-fire! Nothing escapes her and she has me in stitches all the time. Pakki is another nut, but she is really laid back, compared to Chloe. Both love cuddling and giving kisses. I know we have some trying times coming up, but I'm prepared.
