I was wanting to know if anyone knew the plants and trees that are ALL safe for birds.

For example the hibiscus flower I know is safe, but is the WHOLE plant (leaves, stems, etc) okay for them?

Help, links, etc as always are greatly appreciated! :)

You can google it. I usually check several sites, and if there's any inconsistency, I play it safe.

Also, be aware that plants that are safe for birds aren't necessarily safe for other animals, and vice versa. For instance, some plants that are safe for parrots are toxic to cats, and some plants that are safe for cats are toxic to birds.

My neighbor friend just gave me her dwarf banana tree today. It's not an ornamental one. I take it these are completely safe?
