So I have to admit that I dropped the ball a little bit. Keep in mind that every day is really Elvis day. LOL. He's a bit spoiled. But I wanted to let him have an extra long play with sock time last night. Really playing catch is the thing that makes him happiest. He doesn't care a lot about food and is hit or miss on toys. But I got home late- ish from work and was tired. So, we did our typical 30-45 minutes of playing catch before bed. Not extra long. I told him I would make it up to him this weekend. What I really want to get him is a new cage. So, that will be his belated Gotcha Day present hopefully sometime soon.

I believe its called life, it somehow always seems to get in the way. The gift of your time with him will mean more to him than any cage you could buy him. He sure is a cutie and I am happy that you found each other, congratulations to you both. Now what kind of cage are you looking to get him?

A bigger one. My problem is I need less than an inch bar spacing for him and it is hard to
find a big cage with smaller bar spacing.

I don't know about being a hound dog but he has some slick dance moves. I didn't name Elvis, "Elvis" but the name definitely suits him. And he adds "Elvis" to the end of most things he says. Like it's just not "hi" it's "hi Elvis".
