I've seen half-sider budgies but never a quacker!!!

That's exciting!
I often wonder how many halfsiders happen that we never know about because of a lack of difference in plumage between the sides. Would anyone ever notice on, say, an african grey?

I have wondered that too, you can only visually tell when there's contrasting colours.
