That is definitely plucking. I have several and that is typically where they start. Many of mine are from pain in that area. I have been trying to push more pain meds. I’d get a second opinion. While I don’t think there is anything wrong with having a plucker, I would want to make certain there is no pain and if there is something I can do to make their lives better.
