Full account details not editable.

I'm in search of a little help to be able to edit my account. I would prefer my real name be changed or at least no longer be viewable if possible. When going to account details, I am met with a message that says
" Your full account details are not currently editable. "

If I could get some help on how to make my real name at least not viewable anymore, that would be fantastic! Thank you.

I'm not sure why it's not letting you change it! An admin should be able to do it for you. I've sent them a message asking for assistance for you
