I thought Virgil the BCC would always be standoffish. He would never step up, but he always seemed to want to come over when Frost the quaker was with me. He was clipped when we got him, but now his wings have grown back in. Guess what? Now that he can fly, he flies over to me all the time. He and Frost sit on my shoulder while I'm doing the chores or just sitting in a chair. He still won't step up, however. I can give him a beak rub. He gives kisses like crazy, but he will not step up.
