Fried rice

I was eating lunch and my Quaker stole a bite of fried rice before I could stop her. I'm not sure how worried I should be; it was a tiny bite, maybe 2 grains of rice, but fried rice is made with soy sauce, onions, garlic, etc. and I know that stuff is really bad for birds. She's not acting sick. I'm keeping an eye on her but would love some advice. Should I be more/less concerned?

A few grains of fried rice won't harm your bird, so feel free to be less concerned.
