I may have mentioned a couple times, about one of my friend's friends having like 20+ or so M2s free flying here in WA.. here's a good video of them :)

I personally wouldnt say they are perfectly, if at all, "recall" trained, as you and I may know of it (like flying, on command, to your hand, or to a point of location you ask) but they are "flock" trained, and they know where their "home" is and a place of safety, thats for sure! He does have an aviary, where he introduces the birds, so they get used to their new environment and "flock".

I wonder how he trains them to come home. These birds are so opinionated. I have one and would just love to be able to let her fly free.

Wow that's amazing! There's a plant nursery around here that has two free flying B&G Macaws. They fly around the area during the day and come inside at night.

Wow, absolutely amazing. They look so happy. It sure makes you look at our caged birds differently, huh?

That is a really amazing video; DH's favorite bird. Interesting how they come back to their home/flock. I would be scared that they wouldn't.. Thanks for sharing.

That is amazing! I would love to have a small flock of M2s someday. :) I would be scared to let them outside, but I'd love to have one indoor and one outdoor aviary.
