I make ugly toys, but my guys are still appreciative.

Secret has been patrolling the bottom of the cage looking for those silly ball things..... she tips them off the toys so quick I have to hang in the bottom of the cage!

Pretty? Never.

How difficult is it to drill through the phone book? I haven't tried something like that, that's pretty brilliant.

You can use the skewers either way you like depending on your bird.
If I put the ball at the bottom then Burt just unhooks the skewer from what it’s hanging on and drops it so with him I have to use the ball on the outside of the cage or as the hanging part. Birdie can have the ball on the bottom as he doesn’t unhook the skewers.

I section it with a band saw and put a piece of wood over it to drill the holes.

Nobody I have shows any inclination to remove the ball. Harry would’ve.

Michael certainly does! Depending on the day, he spends more time working on the ball than on playing with/destroying his actual toys.

Not as flashy as the pro vendors on here but still really lovely looking toys! :)

I have the ball underneath and use the clip to attach, but my birds obviously have no chance at getting those balls off as they can't get their beak around them
