i found a budgie, been hasitant to post but i feel this is the right thing to do, hewre is a picture of her.

Is this not Bluberry? If so, post to shelters, vet offices, etc. too. Just be sure to get proof of ownership before handing her over.

I thought this was Bluberry as well. You could also post things on social media asking if this is anyone's bird. Hopefully you find the owner.

As a tip, when you post missing bird ads avoid putting pictures or descriptions of colour etc. That way you can make sure the person who comes forward isn't a scammer. Just make sure anyone who enquires gives you a description of colours, or even pics.

I remember when I found Aldora. I called her ¨little bird¨ for a month before naming her. Then I spent years searching for her family.

I have given up searching for Pippens family. Had several say they thought she was theirs but most of them the pictures of their bird obviously wasn't her and the closest match wanted to come see her just in case then never followed through. I do watch the lost and found hoping Lurch or Pippen might turn up.

Bird store near me in South Florida recently robbed of many birds. It’s a heartbreaker. Be suspicious of ANY ads you see with birds for sale, and report to the police if something doesn’t seem kosher...
