As a tip, when you post missing bird ads avoid putting pictures or descriptions of colour etc. That way you can make sure the person who comes forward isn't a scammer. Just make sure anyone who enquires gives you a description of colours, or even pics.

I have given up searching for Pippens family. Had several say they thought she was theirs but most of them the pictures of their bird obviously wasn't her and the closest match wanted to come see her just in case then never followed through. I do watch the lost and found hoping Lurch or Pippen might turn up.
