Found Budgie Ashland Virginia

Found a very young female budgie in the Ashland area in Virginia. Animal control brought her into my friends work. She was starving and aggressive so she has probably been missing for at least a day. I have a picture if anyone thinks she’s theirs but she is currently at a local pet store.
