I think everyone knew but me, honestly. I think Monty made the choice and was just waiting for us to catch on. Financially it'll be a little snug, but he's happy here, and he loves both my hubby and I. Birds like him are one in a million.

Glad you finally caved in I think you would've thought about him forever had you not adopted him. There was a little papillon that wriggled her way right into my heart. I bawled the day I handed her over to her adoptive parents. I cried the night before, the day after, and I still think of her often. I must warn you though that you will meet more that pull at your heart strings. I do believe however that Monty will help you through the process and get these guys adopted out to their perfect families, their forever homes. Now that you've got him, it will make it a little easier to let the others graduate from their foster home with you to their permanent families.
