Bless my beloved IRN Rainbow, who decided to fly over to my leg from across the room. She started making the happy noise, the one I know that means "pet me". So I did. And I did some more.
It's lunch time however, and I'm feeling hungry. SO I asked her if I could get up. But Rainbow just wants more scritches. I slowly stand up- so she knows to ride my shoulder by now. Why ride a shoulder when she can ride the pocket area of my shorts she just discovered?
Should have had a camera. It's okay though, she got some birdie bread and I ate my parmesan noodles in peace-ish.
On another note...
I moved Rainbow's Java perch she never used to Nafesh my cocktaiel's cage. Nafesh just looks adorable and small perching and playing on that thing. She finally gave up sitting on top of her favorite toy for it. She's got the entire cage but that toy was her spot for the longest time, the only one I didn't remove weekly because I didn't wanna make her mad over it...
