First diy toy!

This is the first bird toy I've made that I'm actually proud of. What do you guys think? I used string made from paper and tied the ends so it wouldnt fall and put a bead at the end for extra support and then cut up paper strips and punched holes in them. Then I layered them. I also put beads in between them to give the toy layers. She's already using it
She gets shy when I take pictures of her haha

String worries me especially that thin kind. Watch they can't get it caught around a toe or leg. That toy could be dangerous.

This would be much safer on a stainless skewer. Maybe invest in some leather cord to replace the string.

@camelotshadow they used string made from paper so it should be fine as that doesn’t tangle as easy as actual string.

OK, not familiar with paper string. It looked like bakery cord string to tie around boxes which is hard to break.
