Ever wonder what 45 lbs. of parrot food looks like?

Of course, as soon as I order it and have it shipped I find it sold in bulk locally for 1.79/lb.

I use what is in the containers first and then refill from the ziplocks. This way they stay fresh. I've never had a problem with moths this way, either! Really...it isn't that much.

Got to love bulk food. i buy 100 Lbs of Cocktiel seed here for the budgies conures and tiels as a base. Costs a bit less then $140 but i also dont pay shipping as i have it ordered in from a bulk store here and its some of the best quality seed i've seen here.

Now if only i could find bulk parrot seed good for a amazon here. Not that lucky i suppose.
