I have some questions about emojis

Are there some emojis only mods can use?

Where is this emoji?

Why are these a thing!? Or

There are some awesome emojis in the AA choice list and then some people (not mentioning anyone @faislaq ) have some really cool unique ones that work perfect for some situations.

You can use your own if you know how to do it @Kiwi's Dad
