from here but she makes them for me aren’t on her site but if you message her and say balsa hoops she makes for Emma she will know idea was from northern parrots but they sold out so I asked if she could make them will warn you they are an absolute favourite and are gone In a day with remi and pip blu lasts a week
pretty sure if you ask @Mizzely or @Macawnutz tnry could easily make them though if shipping cheaper

but I do love pretty colors so I buy those I color 1 maybe 2 colors once every few months and alternate that with plain but it just doesn't have the same effect
