EMERGENCY! Bird is barely moving at all! (sad update #3)

Im the guy who posted "Baby bird is possibly very sick", and the bird is just lying down in the box, there are heartbeats and breathing, I just force fed it some food with the medicine. What should I do???

UPDATE 1: it was moving its feet a little bit in the box, still laying down on its side, I picked it up and some sort of a clear substance came out of its bum
