Ecclectus concern

Hi, my 5yr old ecclectus has laid 3 eggs from her perch over the last couple of weeks, the last being 2 days ago. She has no mate, so I just removed the broken eggs and hosed the egg away. Last season, she had no problems, this year is a little different. Yesterday, she just sat on her perch eyes half closed, didn't eat or drink and her poop was runny, white and bright green. Today, she is the same, but has not pooped, but eaten some of her chop and seed but not pellets. Her wings are slightly spread at the shoulders and it looks like she may be laying another egg. I can't handle her as she is an aviary bird, should I put her nest box back on the cage, that being said, when she lays in the box she refuses to leave it for anything. Should I ring a vet, no avian vets within 6hrs of me.
