…should probably be the name of our new flock member.
Today we picked up our 6 year old Greenie from the rescue, and let me tell you…
He(?) is gonna be no problem at all.
After 20 minutes or so, I opened up his travel cage thinking he’d take a few hours to sit and look around but no. He jumped on my partner’s arm to his shoulder where he immediately demanded scritches.
Later in the afternoon, after begging to come out of his cage, I opened the door. Knowing that he has no concept of “step up,” I was reluctant, but finally gave in. After 3 times blankly staring at my step up request, he suddenly hopped on my finger!
We got so lucky with this little one!
