I wanted to see what a mooncheek conure looked like.
I couldn't find any pictures of adults except for this one youtube below!
but I did come up across a store in NJ that claims to occasionally have them.
You'll have to call them to find out current status

I have been to their store quite a few times over the years. They are very clean which I appreciate. They also sell many rarer species/mutations. I have seen palm cockatoos, curl-crested aracaris, a von der decken hornbill, mutation cockatoos, etc.

Florida and California, although Texas has a large amount too. It is the year-round weather that allows the breeders to keep their birds outside in protected enclosures. This lets them have more birds, and typically larger species, as they have more space than northern breeders, for example, who have to keep all of their birds indoors.

I hadn't thought about the scientific factors :wow:

West branch aviary in California also breeds moon cheeks, but I liked my experience with pretty exotic birds in Florida more

Majestat Aviary has them!! Super easy to deal with and she ships through delta. You can find her on Facebook or MAJESTAT AVIARY
She has a closed aviary and disease test all her parent birds!! Highly recommend
