If so, could you please describe the feeders to me or provide close up photos. Really can't understand the descriptions on any of the sites. The measurements of the cage, are they the *interior space* measurements or the external measurements. Thanks for any helpful info.:p

The feeder cups that come with the cage are, I'm told, the exact same thing as the plastic cups that come with the Kings Cage aluminum cage.
Not sure what you think of them, but I personally am not a fan of those plastic cups.

However...you can get them to substitute (or add to your order) a stainless steel bowl replacement (with the hardware needed to put it in) so you don't have to use the plastic. If I were to get one of those cages, that is what I would do.

I can't help with the measurements though, sorry.

Ok so I saw the cage and assumed Kings Cages.

I still highly believe that it is a Kings Cage, but since you would be ordering through another website, not sure about being able to switch the plastic cups for SS bowls.

This link might provide you with the internal/external dimensions of the cage.

Thanks Natcha.. If the feeders are anything like the travel cage, then that's out of the question. Those feeders were thrown in the garbage some time ago.:D

and there are exposed screws of indeterminate metal in the feeder doors, you can see them in your travel cages.

I purchased the cage after seeing it in person on a showroom floor. :) The feeders are those awful plastic ones. Unfortunately King's has sold out of the SS ones for 6 weeks but I am waiting for them. The SS ones are great though, SS bowls that lock into SS ring holders. The measurements are the width and depth WITHOUT the seed guards-- those add another 4 inches on each side I believe, so it would be interior space. Let me know any other questions, I am pretty familiar with it :)

oh i just read the title of this thread. That excludes me. I was just relaying info from a discussion with Mr. King. The nice thing is when you point out design flaws (at Microsoft we called them 'features') to the manufacturer, they generally improve it in the next cycle....
A certain toy manufacturer will be hearing from me shortly :D
