Do your adult birds beg?

Toady is 12 years old. Whenever he gets sleepy or hungry he starts begging. Kei will do this too if he's hungry, but very rarely.
Is this a normal behavior? Is it a sign that the bird was force weaned? I know that some sick birds will do this, but Toady has been cleared by the vet and has done this for the entire time I've had him.
I have a video of it. I was trying to show off his favorite boing.

Coco (almost 15) will do it sometimes during breeding season when my husband approaches her. She doesn't do it every time though, but it is usually at night, so it might also involve tiredness. I don't think it is necessarily a sign of force weaning, though, and in Coco's case I weaned her so I know she wasn't force weaned. I see hers as a possible attempt to get my attention away from my husband or a 'comfort' mechanism.

Yes, Sammy and Mango both beg when they want bean mash, birdy bread, and when they want to go to bed.

Archie will beg from time to time. I think Ella might have done it once.

Oh yes, Chiquita and Aly both do that. He is fine don't worry.

Penny has never donet his, but Prudence will every now and again, at night time only though.
