Wow, great article! Thanks for posting! I've often wondered about the fruits or vegetables soaking up the chemicals from the soil. We buy organic when we can as well and hope to have a nice organic garden up and running by next year. All the weeding will be good excersize for me and the veggies will be healthy and "clean" for us and Emmett to eat. I'll have to make sure we still buy organic fruits. I am very excited that it's just about strawberry picking season here. We pick a ton from a local farm and then freeze them. Blueberries are next month. I'll have to be sure to ask if they spray them and if so with what....since both are on the dirty dozen list.
