I love using juice personally because it doesn't require any chewing. 
Speaking of liquid, I think Kai's nectar might actually be more rewarding to Linus than cheese. lol He sees me mix Kai's food when I'm at my parent's house and begs the whole time for a sip. Something to think about! Let me know how things progress with Willow!
