i take claritin daily... well, actually i take the generic form but i take it daily and it, along with a very good a/c filter (the one that filters down to .3 microns), and a good air purifier with a hepa filter keeps my allergies at bay. i've also built some resistance over the years and it takes a bit more than it used-to to set mine off. funny thing is, my M2 doesnt bother them nearly as much as my scarlet macaw! go figure. :hehe:

I take both Claritin and Quercetin! Quercetin is a natural antihistamine. I am allergic to everything so I cant blame my birds. Need to use my filter but not familiar with allerpet as ad suggests
