Conure feather and beak problem.

Hello,

I have a pineapple green cheek, Rio, and I have two concerns.
He is only about 3 months old, and I was checking some hard substance on his head and part of his “scalp” peeled off.
I have some photos. I have never seen this before and I can’t find anything about it online. So if you have any ideas please let me know. The second thing is a weird patch on his beak, I also am not able to figure out what it is.
Please help!

Not really, I live in India, and there are not really any vets that specialise in parrots in my city, so looking for any treatment I can do on my own

My friend lives in India and has an avian vet. What city are you in? Perhaps I can help. With an issue like this, you don't know if your treating correctly or even have access to the meds her might need, you know? And while trying out this or that and hoping for the best, he could be getting worse or suffering. Birds hide illness very well until they are very very sick.
