Coming Home Tomorrow

Picking up my baby boy tomorrow. I am beyond excited. He is my first English budgie. His name is either going to be Spanky (to go with my Darla, after quarantine of course) or Jasper. What do you think?

That´s a good way to choose a name Hopefully something perfect will pop into your head one day

Jasper is more likely red but there are some olive green varieties. Its not known to be a green stone but its a cute name. You might look into other green rock/gem names.
Even Kiwi is nice. Peridot is green. You could call him Peri.

When you see his personality a name may come to you & yes we would love photos!

My baby boy is home. He is so sweet and calm. The trip home didn’t phase him. Sat in the front of the carrier just watching everything. When we got home, he hopped on my finger and wanted to stay there. I am so beyond happy. I started calling him Spanky without even thinking. Lol. But I didn’t decide between Spanky and Jasper. Lol. Welcome home sweet boy.

Dowel perches are not good for birdie feet. Best to replace with natural wood and rope

Thank you!! I did get him from my local pet store. Yes he is an English Budgie and he came to the pet store from a local breeder. He has a wide variety of perches. The dowels on this playpen vary in size too.
