I always buy the bigger coffee canisters when I buy coffee. I wash them real good and put them in the bottom of cages they have a field day filling them with toys just to take them all out and start over.

That is a good idea for smaller birds! Mine would have them in itty bitty plastic pieces on the bottom of the cage about 30 mins into it.

What a cool idea. Do you keep the lids on for them to take off too?

What a great idea.

My kids already love coffee. And they're only almost 3 and 4. They drink it black just like I do too. I don't let them have a whole cup or anything though.

Great idea about using a coffee canister. I use mine for coloring wood toy parts. I buy Maxwell House brand simply because it has the handle built in to it.

"One a week"...Oh my gosh! Well, here's your smiley then...

Folgers has that handle in their large cans too, very convenient

I use them to feed the rest of the menagerie here too
