Milton is celebrating his sixth Gotcha Day today! Yes, six years ago today, we walked into a foster home in Rochester, NY, and met Milton....sitting on the back of a recliner, just hanging out.

Since the rescue really didn't have Milty's official hatch date, we also celebrate today as his "Bird Day"...highly appropriate since the day also marks the beginning of his new life with us. So, we mark Milty's 22nd Bird Day today!

Mom has created a cake, so we can celebrate later today...Milty and Buddy will have some...and the tiels and budgies will have some birdie bread to celebrate the occasion...
