It is with great pleasure that I announce the
Celebirdy for the month of January 2022
@Nnbal 's Pasha
1. How did you acquire your bird?
I brought Pasha home with a 10-hour journey when he was about 5 months old. I bought the Pasha from a reliable breeder.
2. What is your bird's name, species, age and sex?
Pasha is a harlequin macaw. He is a handsome 2 year old male.
3. Does your bird do any special tricks?
Pasha loves to swing everywhere. But really everywhere. That curtain, the table, and sometimes even by my hair, he hangs. He also loves to lie on his back. Sometimes he lies on his back on my arm like a baby and my arm stays there until it gets tired.
4. What are some of your bird's favorite foods?
Pasha loves to eat grapes, strawberries and tangerines. He also likes nuts and foods that are cold. That's why I prepare special vitamin and useful ice creams for him.
5. What is the funniest thing your bird has done?
The funniest thing Pasha does is deceive me. Yes, he is deceiving me with his cuteness and doing what he wants again.
6. How has your bird enriched your life?
He came into my life and truly became my everything. I always think about what I can do better for him. Pasha strengthens me in difficult times. He is my power source.
7. What would you tell people who are considering this species?
He has a very funny personality. He expresses his feelings very well. He knows what he wants and is very determined. I have to admit, when he first came to me, the size of his beak scared me. But then I realized that he is an angel with a big beak.
8. What is the activity and noise level of your bird?
Pasha knows when to rest and when to play. And he likes to rest as much as to play. Pasha screams no more than 5 times a day. His scream can be really loud. He screams when he's bored. But really, Pasha is a bird who likes to be alone with himself. Also, I think he screams at me, "Bring my food, mom," when he's hungry.
9. What are some of your bird's quirks?
Pasha flies, afraid of the fly that enters his room. And sometimes he sleeps with a rose hip in his mouth. Just like a pacifier. I guess the Pasha has no other quirks.
10. If your bird talks, what is the most surprising word or sentence it has said?
When Pasha screams, I ask him why are you screaming? And this is Pasha's new sentence. He says why are you screaming? Why are you screaming?
11. What is your bird’s favorite treat?
Popcorn, pumpkin seeds and carob are Pasha's favorite treats.
