Captured on camera a hawk by my window!

I believe it might be a Cooper's Hawk by the markings on it's tail, It was unbelievable I caught it on camera before it flew away.

Or a nice snack....black kites are integral part of urban avian population of Kolkata. They're scavengers and known for snatching food from people's hand.

Man these kites really are bold as brass. I've heard of Seagulls doing that but never anyone in the raptor family so frequently.

Beautiful bird! We have a neighborhood hawk that enjoys tormenting the squirrels and smaller birbs who dine on our feeders
