Can eating oats change poop colour?

Indy had some warm oats before bed last night, and this morning his poops are brown instead of the usual green colour. Is this normal, or should I keep a check on him?

keep an eye on him..but I would say yes, his poop color can change

Thanks Anne, Ive only just started giving it to him, he loves it, he then takes himself straight to bed afterwards. The Chinchillas like just the uncooked oats too.
I will keep a close eye on his poops.

If it stays brown their may be a problem but it may just be a few poops, just keep an eye for watery poop.

Its not watery, just a little looser than the green usually is.
