Urgent Caique with red puffy skin around eye

This morning I noticed my boy has red puffy skin around his eyes. He was fine yesterday, he's still eating, flying, acting normal. I reached out for a vet visit but in the meantime does anyone know what this might be? I'm concerned because he's never been sick or had any issues before. Could it be psittacine?
