I know it is wrong! But what happens to chicks if brother and sister mate. Do chicks even develop or die in egg?

So, obviously, your birds don't understand they are brother and sister, and separating them would likely be too stressful for them. The best course of action would be to pull the eggs, and either replace them with dummy eggs or boil the eggs and put them back. This will prevent the hatching of inbred chicks.

It´s likely the chicks will hatch. What condition will those chicks be in? Who knows.

I have a bonded M/F sibling pair of lovebirds. And I´m very strict with dummy eggs. I do not ever want a chick from those two.
I keep the lower part of their cage clear, it makes finding eggs easy and leaves no margin for error.
Them together was NOT my plan but they never split to look for a mate when they fledged, they just stuck together. My pair are happy together so I won´t split them now.
