Bogey swayed?

Okay, so Bogey (If you don't yet know who he is, he is my beloved male white-faced cockatiel) was playing with his favorite toy (Which is a BOTTLE CAP). He sits on it. When he got off of it today, he just stared into space and started swaying for a minute. What exactly does this mean?
