Beware! plastic chain!!

Bebe was playing with the smaller plastic chain on a toy today and she started chewing the links. Then the next thing I knew she was screaming and flapping all over!! I raced over to help her, and she got out by the time I made it there. What happened was she chewed a small hole through one side and got it stuck on her beak. She couldn't get out.. Scared me to death! I quickly grabbed her and checked her over, she was scared as well but OK. I am glad I was there because it could have been much much worse. No more plastic chain for them.

We had the same problem with the plastic catapiller parts, they're ring shaped and he chewed thru one got it stuck and paniced. Even though i was right there he wouldn't let me get it off right away, i did eventually though.

Truely got a chicken thigh bone caught on her beaky once. And this morning she got her toe stuck in an eye ring that had a toy hanging from it. She scared 5 years off my life.
