Best food for canary-winged parakeets?

I have a one year old canary winged parakeet that is currently on a diet of nutriberries, fresh fruit & vegetables. I bought the nutriberries after reading that they were better than pellets and seeds but I have been doing some digging recently and want to switch to a different product. What is the best feed for a canary winged parakeet?

I love canary winged parakeets. They're so cute. I don't think we have a lot of members though with canary wingeds. I don't know if their recommended diet would be the same as other parakeets? Hopefully others can answer.
