Bedtimes tricks for someone who shares bedroom with my bird?

Since i have a cat, i do t ry have a choise but to put him in my bedroom.the worst part is during the night since he makes so much noises and i gwt anxiouse since i work early and school and all and its overall very annoying.is theyre any ways that he can calm down ? Thanks
