Our pup Ellie has pneumonia now

We took her to a vet yesterday for a cough. It just started, he couldn't find anything wrong with her. We rushed her to another vet today as she was vomiting, hacking, having trouble breathing and lethargic She has pneumonia!!!

Some fluid must have gotten in her lungs from swimming
