Parker is about 2 years old. Maybe she is a she
She's still downstairs. She's still acting a bit sleepy. She's not too thrilled about taking her meds as she's only semi-tame but we do what we gotta do!

I was NOT expecting this!!! He was JUST getting better! He was more active, yelling for the other birds (I still had him separated in his "get better cage"), playing with toys. He didn't seem sick at all anymore! He had a respiratory infection that we were medicating him for. I know birds hide their illness but I already knew he was sick!!!

In all my emotions I forgot to get across that he passed away. He was separated from the other birds in our guest room until he was done with his medication, which would have been in 3 days. I'm seriously so upset!!!! I called the vet today, they only have an "emergency" vet there on Sundays. He said that it's possible that the antibiotic wasn't compatible with the bacteria and it progressed to a pneumonia? Or maybe it was pneumonia in the first place and he was just hiding the illness once the antibiotic made him feel a little better?

I'm so upset...
