My Love Bird has lost balance, won't chirp, seems disoriented, she is not the Bird I know and I'm very scared for her. I thought she had maybe broke her neck because she holds her head to one side. The Vet said no broken neck but gave me no explanation about what's wrong with her. She is my first Bird, she was willed to me, I knew nothing about Birds at all.Ive thought myself many things, I read about Birds all the time but I am totally lost right now. I've had her for two years and I am completely in love with her. I don't know what to do

We have a lovebird at the rescue that I help with that holds his head funny because he has neurological issues. I too think you should try to see another vet. Was the first vet an avian vet ? i hope she'll be okay.
