Urgent Baby bird not walking properly

I had my baby crow ever since he fell out of a large tree, he couldn’t walk and eventually he was able to walk after a while (first picture). My problem now is that he once more isn’t walking properly, only walking with both his feet sideways (second picture). Unfortunately, it looks as if it may be rickets. This is usually seen due to an inadequate diet and/or vitamin supplementation.
