Are there any species of larger Asian hornbills in aviculture

The largest species of hornbill I've seen sold publicly was the silvery-cheeked hornbill, but I don't doubt others are traded in private groups. They do exist in Aviculture but are quite rare, even compared to their toucan relatives.
