I think I noticed one other ratty one on his other wing, but didn't get a good look as he does not like to be touch on his wings/back.Looks chewed or like a weak spot that broke from a stress bar. Keep an eye on molted feathers to see more but without more the one would not concern me.
Yeah, it's not particularly concerning to me I am just very confused about it. It's just so white! The whitest feather on his whole body. And I never noticed it before so I think it's a fairly new feather.Sometimes they can have a funky feather if something bumped the follicle in the early days. Jingo (blue Quaker) had white tipped tail feathers for a bit because of crash landings. I agree that one isn't likely a cause for concern
